The position as Sales Manager in ENABL business unit Production Equipment offers a challenging opportunity to be a part of a group of passionate employees in an industry leading global company in solutions for the wind energy industry. You will be working with stakeholders across the entire value chain at our customers as well as internally in ENABL.

Responsibilities
As Sales Manager at ENABL you will become a part of a bigger team in ENABL Sales & Marketing BU Production Equipment.
In ENABL we have four Sales BUs: Consulting & Outsourcing, Production Equipment, Transport & Installation Equipment and Service. We perform as “One ENABL” by delivering on the same overall target not on individual KPIs and in addition we perform “Umbrella Sales” focusing our Sales across all business units.

  • We are in a fast-growing business, why rapid change and adoption of core sales technologies using CRM and following IMS processes is daily part of the execution.
  • You will be taking over an existing sales pipeline, but it is also expected that you bring a solid network to support a continued growth on developing the overall pipeline.
  • Focus efforts across the renewable industry targeting OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
  • It is expected that most of the time is focused on bridging/penetrating new sales potentials increasing the number of new customers.
  • Deliver solutions that solves the clients’ “pains” and is in line with their overall strategies enabling them to focus on core business by outsourcing non-core activities.
  • Build relations and secure long-term contracts/ business offerings with our global customers.
  • Collaborate with peers and functional stakeholders to guide, shape, and enforce learning to improve daily operation.
  • Support ENABL values in daily operation: Responsibility – Quality – Persistence – Innovation – Alliances

Qualifications

  • Have worked within a technical and/or commercial area and has a solid understanding of the main components in a wind turbine + 5 years. Solid understanding of the value chain in the wind industry and the new product development process.
  • Have worked in a role that had senior management attention with access up to VP level. You have shown the ability to build strong personal relations and can also demonstrate how this was used proactively to ensure support and open doors to important stakeholders outside your personal network.
  • Preferably you have had a commercial responsibility and personal experience selling to clients in the wind industry. However, candidates with the right network and industry experience could qualify and could be employed based on an assessment of their talent in a commercial role.
  • Focus is on full value chain because we must actively ensure to calibrate our focus from a holistic and data driven approach.
  • It is expected that you as a Sales Manager can demonstrate solid business acumen related to all ENABL products and convert customer leads to agreements.
  • You shall be able to make presentations of the products, understand customer pains and conveying it to the best match of a solution to create solid partnerships.
  • It is expected that you have an analytical approach since we make data driven decisions as well capable of having dialogue with decision makers at Manager, Director and VP level about Production Equipment opportunities with potential clients in the wind industry.
  • Have comprehensive planning skills and is systematically funded and structured.
  • Speaks and writes English fluently. Danish and German are an advantage however not mandatory.

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Hedensted, Denmark having Aarhus N and Ikast as secondary ENABL locations. Some travelling is to be expected.
